* Support #9789: #Meter Mismatch - If a driver is running with a car on requisiton trip other dirver cann't start a requisiton trip with this car before stoping the requistiion trip by the driver.
* Bug #9791: If mechanics want to do test driver first it will check any trip is still running on that vehicle on the present time, if found any running trip then it will notify the mechanis to stop that running trip.
* Support #9805: For reducing duplicate we have to provide validation on ofline fuel submission, so that driver can't submit same fuel twice. Also backend validation have to provide so that duplicate fuel doesnot occur.
