Description
In this case, the driver received a requisition for vehicle 33-2376 , even though the driver was actually using vehicle 6247 .
The driver initially started and submitted the requisition trip against vehicle 33-2376. Later, he informed Parul Apa, and the requisition was transferred from vehicle 33-2376 to vehicle 6247 , which was the vehicle he actually used for the trip.
After the transfer, the trip record for vehicle 33-2376 was removed from the Logbook . However, the corresponding record in Logbook History still exists, and its start meter and end meter are showing incorrect values: 114514 and 114553.
As a result, the meter data of vehicle 33-2376 became inconsistent after the trip record was removed from the Logbook, which can lead to a meter mismatch for that vehicle.
