Validation rules
All fields above, except Total Distance, are mandatory. Show an inline error under each empty field.
Start KM and End KM must be numeric and non-negative.
End KM must be greater than or equal to Start KM
Total Distance is never editable, and shows blank until both KM values are valid.
Submit is blocked until all validations pass.

Web Panel – Admin Management & Monitoring
A. Vehicle Registration Number Management

1. Add a Vehicle Reg Number Add button at the top-right of the Workshop Bike Movement Report page.
2. Open a form or modal when the button is clicked.
3. Allow Admin to add a vehicle type & vehicle registration number & active/inactive button.
4. Validate required fields and prevent duplicate vehicle registration numbers.
5. Make active vehicle registration numbers available in the Mechanic App dropdown.
6. Delete option needed.

B. Search & Filter

1. Add a Vehicle Registration Number filter.
2. Add From Date and To Date filters.
3. Add a Mechanic Name filter.
4. Add a Mechanic PIN filter.
5. Support multiple filters simultaneously.
6. Add Search and Reset buttons.

c. Workshop Bike Movement Report

1. Show Vehicle type & vehicle Registration Number, Mechanic Name, PIN, Start/End Date & Time, Start/End Place, Start KM, End KM, and Total KM.
2. Add an Edit button for each record.
3. Add a Delete button for each record, with a confirmation prompt before deletion.
4. Allow Admin to view and monitor movement records.
5. Excel & pdf download option
